How to create multiple screenshots in a game Everyone knows that you can make a screenshot by pressing prnt scrn, but hardly anyone knows that you can make multiple screenshots without saving them to paint. All your screenshots that you make in rtw/bi are saved in a specific folder on your hard drive. This allows you to make multiple screenshots in one game or in different games without saving them in between.
1) Acces > Program files(of folder where rome is saved) /Activision/Rome Total War/tgas
2) Select the file you need (probably the last one(s)) and right click "open with" then select "choose programs in list' / "Quicktime Player" (Windows media player is possible aswell, it will give you a warning but just ignore it)
How to get it out of Quick Time, very easy, make another screenshot.

Just take individual screenies and post em on paint, will save a lot of hassle m8.

Mel, I don't know why you are having problems with Photoshop. I can open TGA files perfectly. When you installed Photoshop did you select all of the files you want Photoshop to be able to open? That may be the problem.

im also having problems opening my screenies...it says quicktime player doesnt recognize the files and when i try to open it regularly it just launches the game...so yeah i dont know what to do lol somebody plz help
Genghis- 06-03-2006
Right click the file, go to property and click "change" next to the "opens with" setting and select WMP instead of quictime player form the list.
Warlord_Calyptic- 06-03-2006
if WMP is Windows Media Player, then it only displays some of my screenshots...it just shows the rest as a black screen....what is wrong with the blank(black screen) ones? :(
